Here are a few options for what we can do together:
Develop a mini brand strategy
We’ll articulate your vision, values, and elevator pitch — so you can concisely explain what your brand does and the value it adds to your clients. This is all about positioning (setting you apart from the crowd) and future-proofing (building a bridge between where you are now and where you want to go).
For you if: You don’t have messaging in place or if things have shifted and you need to reposition or realign your messaging to where you are now. Also a really good document to hand over to a designer before you start a rebrand.
Develop a mini brand voice guide
The first part of the day includes a workshop where we clarify your brand’s voice and get very specific about how you communicate with your audience. Then I write a short (2-3 page) guide that identifies your brand’s personality, voice, and tone, with guidelines for keeping it consistent and unique.
For you if: You’re bringing on writers or other team members and need to give them guidance on how to recreate your communication style. Also a really good clarity finder if you tend to “feel” your way through your writing and want a bit more structure or direction to guide you.
Audit & refresh 2-3 pages of your existing website copy
We’ll audit the most important pages of your site — usually home, services, and about pages — and give them a spa day makeover so your message sings, your brand experience is consistent, and you start getting the results you need from your brand’s digital home. Note that because of the time constraints, this does not include writing new copy, though you’re welcome to bring draft copy for me to work with.
For you if: You’ve already written your website copy but feel it’s missing the mark and needs a strategic polish to improve user experience, brand and message alignment, or more cohesive storytelling to drive conversions.
Develop a rebrand strategy
Whether you’re hiring a designer or planning to DIY, I’ll help you put together a clear plan to guide your rebrand and make sure it’s beautiful and strategically aligned with the future of your business. This includes clarifying your brand objectives and positioning, the overall creative direction, and any specific requirements you’ll need to consider for the brand and website design.
For you if: You’ve outgrown your brand and want to level up, but aren’t sure where to start. Also a great choice if you’re DIYing or only have the budget for a small design package and need strategic direction on how to make it all come together seamlessly.
Develop a content strategy
We’ll make a plan for creating and repurposing content that boosts your business goals (traffic generation, lead conversion, authority building, etc.). This includes identifying key topics, formats, and a calendar that’s doable and not overwhelming to your team, time, and resources.
(I use Notion for planning my own content and several retainer clients. I’m happy to take you behind the scenes in my system during our time together!)

Reach out to me here to tell me more about your project and what you’re hoping to do with your Retreat Day. We’ll discuss via email or Zoom if needed, and I’ll send you a contract and invoice to confirm your booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll schedule a quick 15-minute planning call to set our agenda and priorities for your Retreat Day. I’ll also send you a Brand Clarity Questionnaire that you’ll need to complete and send to me 24 hours before your Retreat Day.

Your Retreat Day is here! We’ll meet on Zoom at 9AM EST and spend the morning brainstorming and strategizing over coffee. In the afternoon, I’ll step away for a few hours to turn our insights into the resources and deliverables we agreed on while you take a break.

At the end of the day, we’ll meet again to review everything I’ve created for you. We’ll close out our time together with a discussion about how you can implement what we’ve developed, and clink (virtual) glasses as you walk away with a fresh sense of vision and excitement for the future of your brand!

Absolutely! You can either stack them (e.g. book two days in a row) or set up a recurring schedule (e.g. quarterly Brand Days). I offer bundled pricing when you book multiple Retreat Days, so be sure to let me know in your inquiry form and we’ll make it happen!

I can definitely bring my designer in if you need design support in addition to strategy, though there will be an additional fee for their time. Just leave a note in your inquiry form indicating that you want to talk about additional design support and we can discuss.

Generally we’ll start our day at 9am EST with our strategy call. Count on spending the morning together on Zoom, and then I’ll step away to work on the deliverables we’ve agreed on. We’ll get back together around 4ish to review everything together before the day is done.

I’ll do my best! I have clients in multiple time zones — including the other side of the world! — and can usually find a way to make it work. Let me know in your inquiry form and we’ll make a plan before you book.

Because these spots are very limited, cancellations or refunds are not permitted. If something comes up that is beyond your control and you absolutely need to reschedule, let me know at least 1 week in advance and we’ll arrange something.

As soon as your Retreat Day is confirmed, we’ll schedule a short 15 minute call to set priorities and an agenda for the day. Based on that conversation and the specifics of what you want to focus on, I may ask you to bring some additional information to your Day that will help me develop your deliverables.
For example, if you want to develop a mini brand voice guide, I may ask you to provide samples of past content you’ve created. We’ll discuss everything together in advance, so nothing will come as a surprise!

While we likely won’t be on a call the entire time (unless that’s what you really want!) I do recommend sticking around in case I need feedback or have a question for you. While this is a mini-retreat for your brand, maybe don’t schedule a spa day for yourself… yet.
